Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Houston TX. In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging support company objectives and enhance the organizations visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective internal and external communication strategies.
Prepare and distribute newsletters memos and announcements to staff and clients.
Coordinate company presentations reports and briefings.
Assist in the development of communication materials including press releases brochures and presentations.
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and resources.
Work with crossfunctional teams to align communications with company goals.
Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or a related field.
13 years of experience in a communicationsrelated role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
