We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development implementation and coordination of advertising campaigns across different platforms (excluding social media). This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
Track and manage advertising budgets and timelines
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
Assist in the development of print digital and broadcast advertising materials
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards across all advertising content
Support market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Maintain accurate records of campaign assets approvals and results
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in an advertising or marketing coordination role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with traditional advertising channels (print TV radio display)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
