Swift 7 Consultants is looking for a dedicated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies coordinating projects and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns. This role is essential to the success of our clientfocused initiatives and supports the marketing team in reaching business development goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Coordinate and manage marketing materials and collateral across multiple projects
Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for internal review
Support event planning and execution for marketingrelated activities
Maintain databases track leads and monitor competitive activity
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms or project management software is a plus
