- Position: (Senior) Brand Manager Immunology BU
- Reports to: Business Unit Manager Immunology BU
- Location: Taipei Taiwan
- Primary Function/Objective: Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and InField Team and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on delivering patientcentric strategies including CLM engagement and customization within AbbVies business code of conduct policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand and InField Team members synthesize insights to identify target segments and drive Close Loop Marketing engagement.
- Develop a robust Patient Journey and propose strategic objectives for Brand Team review.
- Ensure brand deliverables are consistent with branding and aligned with the Brand Story.
- Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities and include innovative marketing tactics to meet strategic brand objectives.
- Align infield materials strategies and tactics to drive strategic brand objectives.
- Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate the Long Range Plan.
- Monitor brand KPIs manage budget and track ROI measurements to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives.
- Support the Brand Team around a shared brand vision and objectives.
- Take accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; masters degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Specialty Care marketing experience in Immunology or experience in Biologics/Rare Disease is a plus.
- Related experience in new launch and portfolio management is a plus.
- Demonstrated Sales & Marketing track record of success within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions.
- Ability to lead motivate and coordinate crossfunctional teams.
- Solid working knowledge of the healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
- Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles including digital knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of finance principles and processes.
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
