Were now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the digital experience from app features to farm analytics and lead the next phase of our product evolution.

Your Mission
As Product Manager youll own and shape the digital services and user experience of HydroNeos Smart Farm Management System. Youll work closely with Thai shrimp farmers and internal teams to build intuitive effective and datadriven features that deliver real value from smarter feeding and aeration controls to farm performance dashboards.
You must bring a strong analytical mindset a solid understanding of our customers business reality and the ability to translate complex needs into simple impactful solutions.
Tasks
Define and own the product roadmap for HydroNeos mobile and web platforms.
Analyze user behavior farm performance data and feedback to identify opportunities for feature development and UX improvements.
Develop clear specifications wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma or similar.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering sales support and field teams) to ensure delivery and alignment with customer needs.
Deeply understand the business and operational context of shrimp farmers and translate it into product strategy.
Continuously monitor product KPIs and usage metrics to evaluate feature success and ROI.
Drive usability accessibility and localization (Thai/English) to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in Product Management ideally in IoT AgTech or B2B SaaS platforms.
Highly analytical thinker confident working with numbers identifying trends and making datadriven decisions.
Strong UI/UX sensibility and handson experience with Figma (or similar).
Clear understanding of digital product development processes and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.
Strong business acumen and the ability to empathize with the commercial and operational goals of our farmer customers.
Big Bonus If You Have
Background or handson experience in aquaculture or shrimp farming whether from the field operations or product side.
Familiarity with connected devices and IoT systems.
Exposure to metrics and tools like Firebase Mixpanel or other analytics platforms.
