Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLM Business System Analyst with expertise in the Aero domain and hands-on experience with Enovia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that enhance efficiency and support our aerospace projects.
- This role requires a deep understanding of PLM processes project management skills and an ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals.
Job Description:
- Business Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements related to PLM processes in the aerospace domain. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for Enovia solutions.
- System Design and Implementation: Design configure and implement PLM solutions using Enovia. Ensure that the system supports the business needs effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including engineering manufacturing quality assurance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Enovia and PLM processes. Develop user documentation and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize PLM performance and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure that PLM solutions comply with industry standards regulatory requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLM Business System Analyst with at least 3 years in the aerospace domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Enovia configuration and customization. Understanding of PLM methodologies and tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards processes and regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and technology advancements.
