Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring delivery within scope budget and established timelines.
Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams facilitating Agile ceremonies and encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives scope and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules key milestones and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues to ensure successful delivery.
Foster strong communication and collaboration across crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
At least 7 years of handson experience in project management and Agile methodologies preferably in IT or the banking sector.
Proficient in both Thai and English communication.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering outstanding results.
Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Skilled in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Solid experience managing digital banking or financial services projects.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential.
Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) along with related technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.
Background in the banking industry is an added advantage.
