POSITION SUMMARY:
Sell and promote Sika products to achieve the agreed budget targets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Direct selling to dealer shops and propose new products for that shop.
- Prepare marketing tools i.e. brochures banner price list.
- Contact with buyer team purchasing team and store manager.
- Sell through problem solution selling.
- Always maintain a good product knowledge.
- Monitor competitors activities and briefed of their activities know competitors products to BU
- Planning and reporting in CRM and ensure good reporting.
- Propose to BUMgr. new products or required products in the marketplace and informed of market changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by BUDistribution
Qualifications :
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration and other related fields
- Minimum 25 years experiences in selling construction products
- Can communicate present negotiate and closing business deals with customers
- Must be proactive high attention to details and have flexible approach to managing task
- Able to communicate in both Thai and English languages.
