Job Description

As a Buyer you will be responsible for strategically managing our organizations procurement activities related to indirect goods and services linked to Travel and Fleet Management. Moreover youll do some tactical activities like supplier creation and purchase orders.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Improve Processes: Streamline procurement tasks like requisitions and invoicing for better efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Suppliers: Align with internal teams and vendors to meet Travel & Fleet needs and organizational goals.
  • Manage Contracts & Compliance: Oversee contracts and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Analyze Data & Markets: Use data and market insights to track performance and find savings.
  • Source Strategically: Select and negotiate with Travel & Fleet providers in line with procurement strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Travel Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in Travel & Fleet Management negotiations preferably within the hospitality or travel industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • High ethical standards and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Experience with procurement tools ERP P2P
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
