Job Description
Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of strata manager main contractor n end user house owner
50% hunter n 50% farmer role. Able to look for new clients
Presales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices quotations costings completion of technical specifications delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
Attend site meetings customers complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Any other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2 years of technical experience with knowledge in airconditioning systems or facilities management
Able to speak at least 1 singapore dialect.
