Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate endtoend marine logistics operations for import/export shipments.
- Handle documentation and permit applications for cargo including Dangerous Goods (DG).
- Liaise with freight forwarders port authorities shipping lines and other stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping instructions packing lists and commercial invoices.
- Verify and process Bills of Lading delivery orders and cargo manifests.
- Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Manage inventory and track cargo movement across various locations.
- Support incident reporting and investigation for logisticsrelated issues.
- Work closely with warehouse and transport providers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Assist in continuous improvement of logistics processes and cost control.
