About TrusTrace
About the role
This is a parental cover position for one year. You will play a pivotal role in both lead generation and digital strategy driving the success of TrusTraces global marketing efforts.
What you will do
- Develop and execute global multichannel campaigns (email paid social paid search HubSpot marketing suite and sales enablement materials) to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- Design lead nurturing programs and manage the prospect lifecycle.
- Own lead scoring models and optimize lead qualification processes using platforms like HubSpot and HockeyStack.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize campaigns based on datadriven insights.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop growth strategies and align messaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Assist in B2B content development targeting customers throughout their lifecycle.
Who you might be
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing demand generation or growth marketing preferably in SaaS or Enterprise B2B.
- Proven experience in developing and executing datadriven marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Tag Manager Looker Studio HockeyStack and more.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM social media marketing and website analytics.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
