Key Responsibilities:
- Own maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure including Office365 systems management tools and the physical office environment.
- Provide support to internal customers primarily in Stockholm with occasional support for other European offices.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as System Administrator or Helpdesk lead or IT Operations with a focus on infrastructure and user support in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
- Experience in managing Office 365 and security end point protection
- Experience in managing Mobile Device Management solutions such as Intune
- Proficiency in Cisco / Meraki switch configurations.
- Familiarity with Audio/Visual systems.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
Skills and Attributes:
- Team player with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Flexible proactive and handson approach.
- Ability to handle occasionally demanding work environments.
- Native Swedish speaker with a high level of Business English proficiency.
- Wellorganized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and prioritize issues effectively.
