Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the smooth operation of academic processes by coordinating classroom logistics examrelated activities and academic resource management. The role serves as a key liaison between academic departments and administrative services to ensure an optimal educational environment for students and faculty.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assign classrooms and venues through the Student Information System (SIS) ensuring scheduling accuracy and availability.

  • Review and confirm examination schedules and timing in coordination with relevant academic departments.

  • Perform assigned control room duties during examination periods maintaining exam integrity and compliance.

  • Oversee the distribution tracking and collection of iPads and other academic devices.

  • Coordinate with academic program coordinators regarding students with special academic or medical considerations.

  • Operate and monitor exam correction machines and report any issues promptly.

  • Supervise the operation of photocopying machines used for academic materials and exams.

  • Identify and report any technical or facilityrelated issues in classrooms to the relevant support teams.



Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a higher education environment is preferred especially in health or medical colleges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure particularly during examination periods.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is desirable.
