Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Concierge Agent to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Concierge Agent you will be the face of our organization providing exceptional service and personalized assistance to our guests. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

  • Act as an ambassador for our hotel providing accurate information about hotel facilities local attractions and current events in Jeddah and the surrounding areas.
  • Manage and fulfill a variety of guest requests from dining reservations and transportation arrangements to tour bookings and special occasion planning.
  • Maintain and leverage a network of service providers to efficiently coordinate guest requirements.
  • Ensure the availability and organization of informational materials such as brochures city maps and promotional items.
  • Develop and maintain guest preference records and history to enhance personalized service.
  • Handle luggage messages parcels and other items with efficiency and care.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and positively always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions local events and cultural activities in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate absolute integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions with guests and team members.

Qualifications :

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service industry preferably in hospitality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Opera or Opera Cloud Property Management System is an asset
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture customs and local attractions in Jeddah
  • Ability to maintain professional networks and relationships with service providers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work including the ability to handle unexpected situations
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
  • Ability to remain calm courteous and focused on guest needs in all situations
  • Knowledge of local attractions restaurants and cultural events in Jeddah and surrounding areas
