Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee construction projects onsite ensuring timely delivery quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Project Management: Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with plans specifications and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and direct site personnel contractors and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Quality Control: Ensure highquality workmanship inspecting and monitoring construction activities.
Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Liaise with clients architects engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols ensuring a safe working environment.
ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve siterelated issues collaborating with teams to find solutions.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail ensuring quality and safety standards
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with construction management software (Procore PlanGrid)
Knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards
Understanding of construction drawings specifications and contracts
