Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Preparing control reports in electronic format and sending them for decision/solution.
- Receiving raw materials materials and services.
- Controlling the manufacturing process in accordance with execution and control documentation (MOP ITP specifications procedures etc.).
- Controlling dimensions (lengths diameters angles perpendicularity flatness linearity weights volumes verification with calibers gauges etc.).
- Performing electrical measurements (Rotor winding and rotor coils high voltage Stator bars HV and tg. Delta partial discharges insulation resistance continuity ohmic resistance impedance capacity shortcircuits between turns etc.).
- Visual and acoustic inspections (endoscope magnifier microscope percussion adhesion roughness etc.).
- Pressure/vacuum/flow/pneumatic tests (tightness He tightness leakage air flow water flow nonobstructions etc.).
- Final product inspections before delivery (examination commissions packaging shipping).
- Completing recording distributing and archiving control reports measurement sheets passports and other documents required by documentation.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the measurements tests and controls performed.
- Responsible for recording the activities performed in shift logs.
- Accountable for the correct use (according to manuals and usage instructions) integrity and cleaning of the measuring instruments used.
- Verifying the metrological validity of measuring and control instruments before use.
- Work with PQE for tracking and closing nonconformity/control reports preparing product dossiers and qualifying new products.
- Analyzing collected data establish trends project future developments anticipate results.
- Preparing work instructions for quality control operations (SOP).
Required qualifications
- High school or technical school diploma in electrical field or relevant experience in the field
- Knowledge of a computer text editor (MS Word)
- Fluency in Romanian
- Strong experience with High voltage testing equipments

- Dimensional measurements experience
- Communication skills ability to analyze information proactive personality Demonstrates selfdirecting skills within defined responsibilities
- Good teammate willing to sacrifice personal goals when necessary
- Operation with a database (Excel Access)
- Operation of AutoCad or any other computer drawing program (CAD)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Orderly spirit spirit of observation and analysis concentrated and distributive attention good visual and auditory memory ability to set priorities ability to communicate and listen ability to work with documents (quick verification of numbers and words)
