This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing Finance Logistics Order to Cash Personnel and Service Management.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English (B2)
- Experience with invoicing or billing is a plus
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Comfort working with data and internal systems
- Teamoriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote assistance to internal/ external partners via phone email and chat
- Support operational tasks including scheduling coordination of services and system updates
- Handle partners inquiries and issue resolution related to services accounts and billing
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records across internal platforms
- Monitor ongoing service activity to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
