We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while contributing to our innovative and customerfocused approach to cuisine.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen ensuring highquality dish preparation and timely delivery
- Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to create and execute menu items
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items showcasing creativity and culinary expertise
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes special events and operational improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including equipment and workstations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies for your section
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy service periods
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a dynamic kitchen team
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in the field
- Demonstrated knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and current health and safety regulations
- Creativity and passion for developing innovative dishes while maintaining brand standards
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in food presentation and quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen setting
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a highpressure environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe) preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- Willingness to embrace new ideas and contribute to a positive collaborative kitchen culture
