Knights Grove has been rated outstanding by the CQC (March 2019) and has been purpose-built to offer high levels of tailored short or long term care for those living with dementia. They offer a warm welcome to those in need of dementia residential and dementia nursing care including palliative care and also offer day care.
Situated in a quiet residential area of North Baddesley close to local amenities Knights Grove has been carefully designed to provide a safe and stimulating setting.
Accommodation includes bright and comfortable interiors set across three floors and all bedrooms are en suite with views of the surrounding landscaped gardens.
The homes chef ensures that mealtimes are an important and enjoyable time for residents. The home provides both hot and cold meal options for residents and works hard to ensure that all special dietary needs are catered for.
A professional team supports residents in continuing their hobbies and aim to give them access to any activity they wish.
Reminiscence therapy is also used within the home which residents enjoy and benefit from. Themed events and days out add to the busy social calendar.

* Your welcome bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI.
** Youll also be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus based on performance. Chef Managers who achieve 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will receive a quarterly incentive of 500 (subject to usual tax & NI deductions)
