You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAnswer all inroom dining calls promptly courteously and professionally using the hotels standards of telephone etiquette.
Take accurate food and beverage orders upselling when appropriate and entering them correctly into the POS system.
Provide detailed information on menu offerings including ingredients preparation methods and dietary considerations.
Communicate special requests allergies and other important notes to kitchen and service staff clearly and accurately.
Coordinate order timings and follow up with service staff to ensure prompt delivery.
Maintain thorough knowledge of current promotions seasonal menus and special offerings.
Assist with guest followups and ensure all requests are met to satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully and report them to management when necessary.
Ensure the work area is clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
Support other F&B operations as required during peak periods or special events.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent telephone manners and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
A genuine passion for hospitality and personalized service.
