We are seeking a professional and customerfocused Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As the face of our hotel you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating our front office team.
- Manage and supervise front office staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- Oversee checkin checkout and room change procedures ensuring accurate data entry into hotel systems
- Handle guest complaints inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements
- Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily reporting of all financial transactions
- Implement and monitor standard reservation procedures
- Promote hotel services and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure the front desk area is clean organized and presentable at all times
- Foster a collaborative work environment and mentor team members for professional growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in hotel front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management
- Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local culture and customs in Doha Qatar
- Demonstrated ability to handle highpressure situations with professionalism and composure
