Job Description

Tasks

Design develop and implement custom ServiceNow solutions

Configure and enhance core modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver highquality solutions

Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow instances

Ensure best practices in coding documentation and security

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of handson experience with ServiceNow platform

Strong skills in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and custom app development

Fluent English (essential for client communication and documentation)

ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD or others) are a strong advantage

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow DevOps Performance Analytics or other advanced modules
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and REST/SOAP integrations
