We are looking for a highly motivated and customerfocused German Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role you will provide topquality service to our Germanspeaking customers ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally via email phone and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in German via phone email and chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues determining the cause and finding the best solution.
Maintain deep knowledge of the companys products services and policies.
Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales Logistics IT) to improve customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time resolution rate customer satisfaction).
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1C2 level) and proficient English (B2 or above).
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Empathy patience and a customerfirst attitude.
Strong computer skills including familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zendesk Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM systems.
Knowledge of industryspecific tools or software e.g. Shopify SAP.
Additional languages are a plus.
