We are looking for a proactive and datadriven Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn and more. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will directly contribute to the success of our clients digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn and others.
Monitor campaign performance and implement changes to improve KPIs such as CTR ROAS and CPA.
Conduct keyword research audience targeting and A/B testing to refine ad strategies.
Generate performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets applying intermediate to advanced functions (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP conditional formatting).
Collaborate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on platform updates trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Communicate with Danishspeaking clients or internal stakeholders to report on performance and campaign updates.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Danish C2 or native and strong B2 in English.
Minimum 1 year of handson experience managing ads on Google Ads Meta (Facebook) LinkedIn or similar platforms.
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets with ability to work with formulas pivot tables and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with UTM tracking Google Analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
Experience with performance marketing lead generation or ecommerce.
Familiarity with additional tools like Google Tag Manager Looker Studio or SEMrush.
