Were hiring Customer Support Agents to join our team in Lisbon working with a leading online betting platform known for its dynamic environment and strong community of users.

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start date: May or early June
Schedule: Rotational shifts 24/7 availability (including night shifts)
Workdays: Monday to Sunday
2 days off per week (rotating)
Salary & Compensation:
Base salary: 870/month (paid 14 times/year)
Performance bonus: 80/month (paid 12 times/year)
Meal allowance: Paid daily
Transport allowance: Paid monthly

Health insurance becomes completely free after 6 months of employment
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Agent youll be the first point of contact for users of the betting app helping them with:
Accountrelated questions
Transaction and payment support
General app navigation
Technical issues or escalations
Responsible gambling support and user guidance
All support is handled in Portuguese so nativelevel fluency is a must.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Portuguese (Portugal)
Willingness to work on rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic techsavviness and problemsolving mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
