Job Description
- Participate in presales activities including preparing project proposals estimates etc.
- Plan manage and monitor project execution. Deliver projects on time
- Establish and enforce quality standards and processes for project deliverables
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Contribute to projects lifecycle improvement through lessons learned project achievements etc.
- Establish and maintain good communication with clients team members and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes change requests and project plans and prepare project status reports
- Conduct project postmortems to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Act as a people manager actively participating in the planning of required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting team ensuring professional development of onboarded people
- Drive continuous improvements in your Competence Center and contribute to process and company development through PMO and PM traininginput
- Perform company interviews and contribute to the hiring process
Qualifications :
- At least 25years of practical experience as a Project Manager in IT
- Theoretical background in project management
- Handson experience in project delivery
- Proven experience in presales business development and engagement management activities
- Handson experience in project delivery
- At least an UpperIntermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience in a Business Analyst or Product owner role
- Experience in creating reports with tools (e.g. PowerBI Tableau etc.)
- Experience of managing software development teams of more than 10 FTEs
- Skills in mentoring and people management
