We create proofsofconcept help our clients build new products nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments. The project and the team
As a Recruiter you will join the team dedicated to finding the best people to join us. The team works closely with all departments to provide wellsuited candidates no matter if it is Senior Network Engineer or Business Development Manager position.
We seek new candidates from around the world with a particular emphasis on Poland Egypt Turkey and Brazil. Our expertise in attracting evaluating and securing global talent ensures that the organization not only meets its immediate staffing needs but also builds a strong foundation for growth.

Your role
- Comprehensive recruitment in the IT field (sourcing coordinating the process conducting interviews negotiating offers)
- Representing the company on the labor market and building positive relationships with candidate
- Documenting and reporting activities maintaining a database of candidates
- Ensuring a high quality candidate experience
- Preparing recommendations for managers
- Close cooperation and consulting with managers in the field of recruitment
- Analyzing the IT market and proposing new recruitment solutions
- Sharing ideas and supporting Employer Branding activities

Do we have a match
As a Recruiter you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Full responsibility for the assigned recruitment process from start to finish (sourcing headhunting conducting interviews) with a strong emphasis on the timely achievement of set goals
- Solid understanding of the IT industry current technology trends different tech stacks methodologies and emerging technologies
- Experience in conducting recruitment processes for the any following positions: Network C C Go DevOps QA Python Security Frontend Data Science
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. Familiarity with TeamTailor is highly preferred
- Knowledge of modern tools and unconventional techniques for candidate sourcing
- Highly developed communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
- Independence taking initiative and sharing ideas
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Gmail Drive Docs Sheets)
- Proficiency in using Social Media for everyday work
- Experience in global recruitment
- Experience in conducting recruitment processes for backoffice
