- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data in order to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
- Perform competitors promotions check to give ongoing feedback on main competitors (retailers wholesalers etc.) per customer segment (HoReCa Trader Services Companies & Offices) to Buying Department.
- Visit competitor to check price assortment merchandizing services competitor activities and to give feedback on the competition to buying hence not relying only on MIU reports.
- Promotion sales management and reordering on daily bases regarding stock and replenishment sales figures comparison with forecasted amount react to sales (presentation etc.) to follow sales to be able to reorder and relocate endcaps.
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
