Job Description
Get to Know the Team
The Group Marketplace team supports country teams in managing driver supply pricing marketplace strategy product rollouts and special projects. We often work with large datasets deriving insights to create applicable solutions. There is minimal bureaucracy allowing a quick turnaround from insights to decisions and execution.
Get to Know the Role
Develop quality and engagement strategies to increase overall supply size productivity efficiency and engagement of Deliveries deliverypartners.
This is a paid internship where youll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Marketplace (Deliveries) located in our Exquadra Tower office in Ortigas.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Assist on Deliveries deliverypartner quality and engagement processes and initiatives. Experiment and implement projects to ensure platform reliability for GrabFood GrabExpress and GrabMart products.
- Can connectthedots and understand both onground realities of the business and the narrative of data from multiple sources
- Analyze the performance of owned projects and communicate main results across multiple partners.
- Work across different teams and departments to support goals and programs of Grab as a whole when relevant to deliverypartners.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in any field with a academic track record and proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (can perform complex functions) and SQL. Knowledge of Python.
- Able to recommend possible business strategy and decisions backed by data.
- Internship Period: At least three (3) consecutive months.
