Profile Requirements:
- Marketing Experience
- Minimum 2.5 years of handson experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media management and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to plan implement and analyze promotional strategies across multiple platforms.
- Creative and Design Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Ability to create promotional posters (A4 landscape or portrait) and design assets for EDM banners carousel banners and social media.
- Social Media Management
- Experience managing and growing brand presence across Instagram and Facebook ideally across multiple brand accounts.
- Ability to theme and schedule content aligned with monthly promotions (e.g. April s Fresh New Look! ).
- Skilled in content planning and scheduling using Sked including post and reel scheduling with internal review workflows prior to publishing.
- Comfortable running themed social campaigns Monday Friday with potential weekend posts and 1 2 reels per week.
- ECommerce Platforms
- Handson experience with Shopline or similar ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Ability to create and update homepage carousel banners tailored for both PC and mobile display specifications.
- Communication and Writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and brand tone.
- Comfortable liaising with internal team members for content approvals and feedback.
- Email Marketing
- Experience designing EDM banners and content suitable for Mailchimp campaigns catering to both B2B salon wholesale accounts and B2C retail clients.
- Organizational Skills
- Highly organized and detailoriented capable of juggling multiple promotional elements within tight deadlines.
- Efficient in managing and scheduling content blocks and communicating timelines clearly with internal stakeholders.
- Brand and Audience Alignment
- Ability to adapt designs and messaging for two target markets:
- B2B: Salon/Beauty Therapist Wholesale Accounts
- B2C: Direct Retail Clients including Spa Elements clients
- Ensure visuals and copy remain onbrand and align with existing content style guides and promotional materials.
- Bonus Points
- Passionate about creativity community engagement and driving visibility and traction for beauty or wellness brands.
- Familiarity with linked Facebook Instagram publishing and crossplatform brand consistency.
Core responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule organic social media content across Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn using Sked Social
- Manage and grow brand presence across multiple brand accounts ensuring content aligns with monthly promotions and brand messaging (e.g. April s Fresh New Look! )
- Create and schedule static posts reels (1 2 per week) and weekend content as needed following internal review and approval workflows
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and usergenerated content campaigns to boost engagement and visibility
- Creative and Design Skills
- Create engaging promotional graphics short videos reels and stories aligned with brand identity and ongoing campaigns
- Design marketing materials including A4 posters (landscape/portrait) EDM banners carousel banners and social media visuals
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and basic video editing using Premiere Pro or similar tools
- ECommerce Management
- Manage the Shopline/Shopify store: update product listings optimize landing pages and integrate onbrand visuals
- Design and implement homepage carousel banners tailored for both PC and mobile display specifications
- Community Engagement
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages across platforms fostering interaction and brand loyalty
- Support brandaligned conversations and feedback loops to improve customer satisfaction and community trust
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Monitor key social media metrics and engagement trends across platforms
- Recommend and implement content optimizations based on data insights and performance reviews
- Email Marketing
- Design and develop EDM content and banners tailored for Mailchimp campaigns
- Ensure messaging is adapted for both B2B salon wholesale accounts and B2C retail clients
- Communication and Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with strong attention to grammar tone and brand voice
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain content approvals align timelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials
- Organizational Skills
- Maintain and regularly update detailed content calendars and digital asset repositories
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously while delivering highquality work within fastpaced environments

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
