Profile Requirements:
- 2.5 years of handson experience in digital marketing with a clear track record of improving SEO performance and managing WordPress websites.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms keyword strategy onpage/offpage SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in WordPress including page editing plugin usage and general site maintenance.
- Familiarity with major digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics Google Ads Search Console Facebook Business Manager and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills particularly with an SEOdriven approach.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to make datainformed decisions.
- Comfortable working independently managing multiple tasks and willing to occasionally assist with incoming phone calls.
- An understanding of targeting marketing efforts geographically to ensure they are focused on Adelaide.

Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO to increase organic traffic search visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize websites using WordPress including regular content updates plugin maintenance and landing page creation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO best practices to improve rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Create curate and optimize engaging content for web pages blogs email campaigns and social media tailored to target audiences and aligned with SEO goals.
- Monitor and report on website performance user behavior and marketing campaign outcomes using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Plan and manage paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.) with a focus on ROI and strategic targeting.
- Occasionally assist with inbound phone calls in a professional friendly manner to support customer inquiries or internal needs.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
