Job Description
- Design eyecatching graphics for Instagram Facebook and other platforms (posts stories reels thumbnails etc.)
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite Buffer Later etc.)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to stay aligned with our visual identity
- What We re Looking For:
- Basic experience in graphic design (Canva Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools)
- Familiar with Instagram Facebook LinkedIn as content platform
- Ability to organize content visually and maintain brand consistency
- Some knowledge of social media marketing (what works what doesn t engagement basics)
General Duties; Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner as per SLA. Perform installations, moves, adds, changes, and decommissions (IMACD) of IT equipment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work performed. Confidence and presence to deal with Senior Exec/Management (VIP level support). Collaborate with remote IT teams to resolve complex issues. Adhere to safety protocols and security procedures as per SOP and guidelines. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
