Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am6pm (1) hour unpaid break. (2) 15min paid breaks.
  • Client Timezone: Central Time (CDT)

Job Description

Step into an exciting role where you ll be the cornerstone of a dynamic property management operation orchestrating everything from resident communications to maintenance coordination across both traditional rentals and Airbnb properties. This position offers unique exposure to multiple facets of property management utilizing modern software solutions to streamline operations while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident communications and maintenance coordination
  • Manage and optimize property management software systems to track tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee Airbnb operations including cleaning schedule coordination and inventory management
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings and inspections
  • Monitor and implement seasonal maintenance requirements including coordination of preventive maintenance programs
  • Process and distribute resident notices and maintain compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Manage multiple calendars and scheduling systems efficiently
  • Create and maintain systematic approaches to recurring tasks and deadlines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regional property management requirements
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on property performance and maintenance status


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Strong proficiency with property management software and general office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental management preferred
  • Knowledge of residential property management best practices
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members
  • Professional phone manner and email etiquette
  • Availability during standard business hours
