Job Description

We are a recruitment agency based in Singapore and we are representing our client who is an Education Technology company based in the USA to search for a Commission Analyst based in the Capital of the Philippines.

We are seeking a Commissions Analyst who will manage our variable compensation plan administration on the accounting side. This role will work closely with many other departments to ensure accurate and timely commission payments reporting and capitalization of commissions assets.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of varying compensation structures and bonus programs
    • Manage daily inquiries and communications to and from the field
    • Verify that new compensation plans or changes to compensation plans are authorized signed and updated in the commission management system
    • Ensure that monthly commission calculations are prepared accurately on time and in line with commission plans
    • Perform audits to ensure accurate data entry
    • Compile and manipulate data within excel to submit to payroll for processing
    • Work closely with Sales Marketing Client Services HR Legal and Finance departments to support an efficient variable compensation process
    • Adhoc reporting analysis and special projects
