This is a remote position.
Position Title: Real Estate Appointment SetterWork Setup: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (PH Time) or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (NSW AU Time)
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 45000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A REAL ESTATE APPOINTMENT SETTER
Your Responsibilities as Real Estate Appointment Setter would be:
Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through purchased databases as well as cold prospecting.
Qualify leads and book appointments with potential property buyers sellers or investors.
Use scripts and follow communication techniques to initiate conversations and build rapport.
Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed notes of all communications and appointments set.
Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Understand the geography and real estate dynamics of Sydney suburbs.
Support marketing and lead nurturing campaigns where necessary.
Report on call performance lead quality and conversion metrics.
Qualifications as Real Estate Appointment Setter:
Experience in outbound calling preferably in a real estate setting.
Familiarity with the Australian real estate market and propertyrelated terminology.
Knowledge of Sydneys suburbs and general layout is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence.
Selfmotivated persistent and comfortable working in a targetdriven environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and appointment scheduling software.
