**Job Title:**
Analyst Reporting and Analytics (Data Visualization Team Lead)
**Location:**
Clark Pampanga (Onsite)
**Position Overview:**
TASQ is seeking a highly capable and proactive Data Visualization Analyst/Team Lead with extensive experience managing large datasets and developing impactful business intelligence dashboards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Looker BI and familiar with other BI tools such as Power BI QlikView Tableau and iDashboards. The initial prescreening interview will be conducted via phone.
This pivotal role demands advanced expertise in data visualization and the ability to produce highquality dashboards from multiple data sources. You will serve as the subject matter expert for client delivery teams providing guidance training and mentorship on best practices in data visualization.
The successful candidate should be selfmotivated innovative and adept at engaging with stakeholders to address business challenges through data. A passion for transforming complex data into clear actionable insights is essential.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives key performance indicators (KPIs) existing reports and raw data sources
Determine critical business metrics and select optimal visual representations
Design and develop intuitive visually compelling dashboards using Looker BI and other tools as necessary
Create userfriendly interfaces that facilitate easy data interpretation and decisionmaking
Provide training and share best practices in dashboard design with team members
Act as the main contact for toolrelated issues and troubleshooting
Keep abreast of new software features and ensure alignment with technical architecture
Verify that dashboards meet business requirements and expectations
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
Over 5 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics with more than 3 years actively building dashboards in Looker BI from diverse data sources (e.g. GCP Excel SharePoint databases)
Strong expertise in advanced Excel charting techniques (e.g. dynamic graphs waterfall charts multiaxis charts)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience in at least one industry domain (e.g. Retail Telecom) or business function (e.g. Finance HR Sales Operations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and understanding business needs
**Preferred Skills:**
Experience with other visualization platforms such as Power BI QlikView MicroStrategy or iDashboards
Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
Familiarity with Power BI infrastructure including security and system management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Background in data analysis or database support
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in a BPO environment
Minimum of 4 years in Reporting & Analytics with at least 3 years of handson dashboard development experience using Looker BI or Power BI
Willingness to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
