A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the
fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals oversees complex
client relationships and ensures delivery of highquality accounting services. The position focuses on

performance and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals
- Drive operational performance and quality standards
- Build and manage cluster and client relationships and service delivery
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning

Tasks:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions
- Manage escalated client issues and relationships

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators

- Review and approve staff scheduling and time management

Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience Required for this Role
Essential
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting financial reporting or related field with at least 12 years leadership experience
