Job Description
We re recruiting a General Manager F&B for one of our clients based in Oman.
About Our Client:
Our client is a wellestablished Food & Beverage company based in Oman known for its commitment to quality innovation and exceptional customer experience. With a growing portfolio of popular restaurant brands the company continues to expand its presence across the region. It combines global culinary trends with local tastes creating a unique dining experience that resonates with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Objective
- To act as a strategic business leader for all aspects of restaurant operations
- Execute business plans that are targeted to increase profits and market share
- Formulate systems formats and procedures for the company in line with brand standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operations of the organization.
- Develop the Oman growth strategy and business plan by expanding current brands and onboarding new ones
- Represent the company with all stakeholders shareholders affiliates government entities and key partners
- Be accountable for the delivery of business plans; experiment with new ideas and take calculated risks to improve guest satisfaction and profitability
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop revenuegenerating strategies
- Create learning and development opportunities for employees; effectively implement development plans for both direct and indirect staff
- Evaluate current business processes and systems
- Review each brand s performance and assess each branch to identify development needs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management; specialization in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum 5 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry
- Oman experience is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills
