Job Description
At Z we love to develop and grow our people. As the result of an internal movement we have an opening for a Mtanga Whakatairanga Hokohuhua Convenience Retail Marketing Specialist.
We love our customers and our innovative branding and marketing keeps them coming back! Convenience retail is a key focus for Z and bringing our store offering to life will be the focus of your mahi.
Joining a skilled and passionate Marketing team you will drive the execution of Zs monthly Cstore promotional period material across our network of nationwide service station convenience stores. You will work in a detailorientated way with our agency partners Z category managers and our wider retail team.

This role can be based in either Tmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te WhanganuiaTara Wellington.
You will have the opportunity to
- Develop and implement our convenience retail related communications to drive both long growth and shortterm conversion
- Roll out the marketing elements of our Cstore offering through working with agency partners and key internal stakeholders
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive customer growth volume and loyalty maximizing customer value and retention as well as tracking and measuring activity to ensure ROI
- Drive continuous improvement of processes across all promotional campaign and lifecycle development and execution to make it easier to get things to market cost less and improve effectiveness
Qualifications :
What youll bring to Z
- Marketing proven experience in developing and executing marketing materials campaigns and initiatives in line with our strategic focus areas including coffee food and grocery
- Execution Focus proven experience in managing and executing marketing tasks or projects. This includes being focused on processes being planned and organised having strong time management and ability to coordinate resources and others to achieve agreed deadlines
- A willingness and ability to work collaboratively and be part of a cohesive talented and passionate team
- Ability to use data and insights to make recommendations
- The ability to provide direction and influence stakeholders including agencies and/or suppliers
- Excellent written communication skills with experience creating engaging copy

The base salary range for this role is $73500 to $86450 per annum plus 10% STI based on company performance a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
