Job Description
Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead our client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Youll be responsible for managing client accounts developing strategies and collaborating with our creative and media teams.
Location: Lagos State

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and expectations.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts develop strategies and ensure successful project execution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative media and other teams to deliver projects.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Project Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of projects meeting client expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in public relations marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
