Job Description
Our Client
Our client an energy/energy infrastructure company seeks to employ a Civil Engineering Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on project designs.
- Prepare calculations reports and documentation for projects.
- Review and analyse project proposals and design plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Conduct field inspections and surveys to assess project progress and quality.
- Utilize engineering software for modelling and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3years experience in civil engineering or related internships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Must have knowledge of costing and experience in preparing material takeoff.
