Job Description
Our Client
Our client a highend luxury company seeks to employ a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 7 sales staff within the boutique.
- Drive sales of highend watches and jewelry meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients.
- Conduct 70% of sales encounters outside the boutique focusing on concierge selling.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports using Excel PowerPoint and other tools.
- Represent the boutique at various events and meetings with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in handling highend products and affluent clients.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data interpretation through charts and graphs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Field sales experience is essential.
- Backgrounds from affluent banking private banking investment banking insurance select FMCGs and hotels are highly valued.
