You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Customer Relationship Officer to join our automobile company. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining longterm relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction resolving complaints and driving customer loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting postsale activities. The ideal candidate must have years of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer in an automobile company.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers postpurchase ensuring a smooth ownership experience.
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback.
Address customer concerns inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with sales service and finance departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate activities to improve customer loyalty (e.g. service reminders loyalty programs).
Maintain an uptodate customer database using CRM software.
Track key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) repeat customer rates and customer complaints.
Organize and manage customer engagement events or appreciation programs.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and service records.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
5 years of experience in customer service or relationship management preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Customercentric attitude with a focus on service excellence.
Familiarity with automotive dealership operations.
Experience in handling highnetworth or VIP customers.
Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
