Responsible for the daytoday operations of the consultants to drive outbound sales activities in fulfilment to achieve sales targets and the strategic goals for customer acquisition. The Outbound supervisor will cater to our African China customers.
Job responsibilities
- Engage our African China customers to entrench existing customers onboard new customers and provide necessary support as may be required.
- Lead and supervise a team of outbound telesales consultants to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales conversions.
- Act as the first line of escalation for all related customer queries/complaints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all telesales activities.
Qualifications :
- First Degree
- Minimum of 2 years Operational and Customer Service experience Result Oriented
- Proficiency in the use of English and Mandarin languages are compulsory requirements.
