Coordinate inhouse and external trainings including training logistics scheduling communication and registration HRDF management recording training expenses and budget and updating training records.
Assist and support in new joiners orientation and in the organization of engagement activities team building bonding festive events company trip / dinner adhoc activities in promoting Happy TCAPM etc.
Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on LMS system.
Coordinate and assist in career fairs internship and management trainee programs.
Assist superior with adhoc projects requirement and / or research data analysis and groundwork.
Support other HCD general administration including Recruitment Compensation & Benefits and other adhoc tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in Recruitment and related field but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel Word Power Point.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
