About Our Client:
A tourism company operating an Eco resort at Raub Pahang. The nature of business is Agro/Eco tourism which surrounded by the nature view of emeraldgreen grasslands while breathing faint aroma of the king of the fruits.
The company staff capacity is well over 50 people and the headquarter office is located at Petaling Jaya Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage all administrative support activities including purchases of office equipment and supplies transport arrangements office security and maintenance etc. and ensure office cleanliness.
- To prepare human resource and administration related reports as required by superior.
- To issue Purchase Order to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers on deliveries related matters eg. quotation invoice credit terms and etc.
- To liaise with auditor and company secretary on all documentations related matters.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Business Administration or equivalent)
- Has good knowledge in Human Resource & Administrative functions.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel and any other relevant word programs.
- Able to work independently good attitude and good interpersonal.
- Good command in Mandarin English & Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
