Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience primarily in Malaysia.
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Nontech roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Handson approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
