Temp Position: (3) Month Temp Assignment Monday Friday 9am 5pm
Location: Hybrid (2) days onsite Brockton Administrative BAMSI Offices
TheTalent Acquisition Operations Assistant provides specialized support for Talent Acquisition and as needed general support to HR staff members by performing a variety of tasks associated with reporting job descriptions internal transfers onboarding and recordkeeping/reporting as well as performing other confidential clerical tasks.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with tracking candidate pre-employment tasks such as: CORI checks ADP Background checks fingerprinting obtaining copies of certification/licensing credentials as required.
- In partnership with the Recruiters prepares all internal transfer packets and well as external hire packets/documentation for processing by HR Ops.
- Assists with ADP Reporting as needed.
- Assists with Job Description re-formatting project.
- Provide documentation of process flows with opportunity to suggest improvements to the process.
- Attend team meetings and other job-related meetings/trainings and transcribe or maintain notes or records from such meetings as needed
- Maintain HR business and employee information in strict confidence.
- Perform other related work duties or special projects as needed or as assigned by supervisor or designee.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- At least three years of administrative office experience is required; One year of Human Resource experience would be preferred
- Two years of non-profit experience preferred
- ADP Workforce Now experienced preferred or other Applicant Tracking System experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and conflict resolution skill
