What is Noda
Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK EU Canada and Australia (Singapore up next!) were seeking a talented Payments Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Initiating outgoing bank payments keeping track of incoming payments crossreferencing payments with invoicing reconciliation making settlements making bulk payments;
- Overseeing funds flows in companies bank accounts;
- Overseeing card payment flows;
- Checking bank details managing payees;
- Communicating with banks and passing any requests to respective departments;
- Communicating with accounting and other related departments responding to queries;
- Working with bookkeeping systems.
What are your skills and experience:
- 3 years of experience in payment processing or in a similar role;
- Experience in Fintech will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of payment systems processes and industry best practices;
- General ability to use MS Office;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Fluent Russian and English skills at the professional proficiency level or higher.
